How to Create a New Flash Project
Projects are useful when working with several .fla files or working with a group of designers. A project file is a .flp file that keeps track of multiple .fla files.
When you create a project file, Flash writes a new xml file that documents the location of all connected .fla files.
Save your current .fla file and choose Window > Project.
From the dialog box, choose Create a new project. If another project displays, select New Project from the pull down menu . Name your project and save the .flp file.
Right-click the stage area and choose Add to Project at the bottom of the menu. This adds your current .fla file to the project.
